Houston Grand Opera (HGO) is one of the largest, most innovative, and highly acclaimed opera companies in the United States. As creative manager, I was responsible for the full performance of every major print and digital project.

  • Acted as the strategic lead for the in-house agency, managing key tracks of work — producing over 350 projects per year and managing a team of eight marketers and creatives

  • Maintained and improved sales trajectory by focusing on target audience needs and evaluating business opportunities from a strategic marketing perspective to expand the reach and drive profitability

  • Facilitated meetings, working sessions, and workshops with sensitivity to the client and team needs

  • Managed external partners and consistently tracked, reviewed, and analyzed campaign performance to report insights and opportunities for improvement
